• Proven experience as a Private Investigator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures
• Proficient in report writing and documentation
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and techniques
• Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
• Excellent skills to gather relevant information
• Understanding of legal requirements and regulations related to investigations

• Valid certification as a Private Investigator (prior to conducting investigations)
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficient in using computer software and report writing
