Your responsibilities:

  • You will work in an environment with many opportunities for shaping the future of our exciting brands Stern, GEO, and Capital, and create the foundation for our new digital offering.
  • You will support crossfunctional product teams on their journey towards becoming an agile organization, acting as their coach and mentor, bringing in your own ideas, and driving continuous improvements in collaboration.
  • You will assist experts in developing solutions from within and act as a processoriented leader, promoting selforganization within the team.
  • You will moderate, design, and optimize processes, collaboration, and agile rituals.
  • You will apply your diverse methodological knowledge according to the individual needs and challenges of your team.
  • You will ensure a wellfunctioning team dynamic, moderate conflicts, and address individual, personal challenges.

Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
