Introduction:


We are looking for new
energy consultants (m/f/d) for our local consulting team in the Chesapeake Ranch Estates, MD area.

As part of our team, you will support homeowners of single and multi-family homes in your region with energy-efficient renovations to save on energy costs and reduce CO2 emissions.

If you enjoy working in a structured manner and find it easy to discuss potential building renovations, then you are in the right place.


Your responsibilities:


  • Conducting onsite consultations with clients in your region
  • Creating individual renovation plans (iSFP) with Hottgenroth for homeowners
  • Preparing grant applications for renovation measures
  • Accompanying and reviewing completed renovation measures with the client
  • Exchange with the team about improvement possibilities

Your profile:


  • You are a certified BAFA energy consultant (or close to becoming one)
  • You have a confident presence when advising homeowners
  • You have a good understanding of options for renovating single and multifamily homes
  • You have a driver's license
  • You have secure German language skills in speaking and writing
