Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing insurance policies
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling policies
Utilize effective selling techniques, such as upselling and crossselling, to maximize sales opportunities
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues or concerns
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and other pointofsale systems
Handle cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures

Skills:

Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products and meet sales targets
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
