Description
Position requires:
- Sage 100 Construction experience required
- Must have minimum 3 years' construction industry experience with job costing
- Strong Excel skills, ability to work with a variety of software products
- Understanding of construction accounting and control processes
- Textura experience is a PLUS
- Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Responsibilities:
- Process AIA billings for multiple construction projects
- Prepare and process journal and job cost entries
- Prepare monthly account analyses for accounts
- Review payment and enforce compliance process
- Provide support to Accounting Department and Construction Team
- Organize and maintain filing
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
