The role of the Office Coordinator will perform general administrative tasks, create and enforce processes that drive efficiency, guide and motivate clinical and administrative staff, and coordinate communication between departments.
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and experience managing multiple projects/tasks concurrently
- Proven experience in managing an office environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communications and customer service skills with staff, a variety of clientele, other community agencies, and programs
- Strong ability to prevent and resolve problems
- Able to independently manage self and others; while obtaining support from leadership when needed
- Effectively communicate with leadership teams to ensure overall efficiency of company operations and all stakeholder's satisfaction
Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor, order, and organize office and building supplies for all staff
- Ensure the office space maintains a welcoming and clean environment.
- Assist leaderships with operational and marketingrelated activities, as required
- Collaborate with the Billing Specialist to assist with various insurance and billing related tasks
- Organize and execute client requests for various personal health records, billing summaries and/or payment, referral information, etc.
- Troubleshoot & problem solve issues in an efficient and professional manner
- Attend company meetings when requested or required
- A Experience in Medical administrative support field.
- An Associate's Degree or higher is preferred, but not required
- The ability to work in person, in a clinical setting
Job Types:
Part time with potential for Full Time
Schedule:
- 130pm730pm Monday-Friday
- Flexibility required

negotiable depending on qualification
