- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating the Trauma Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Plan
- Maintain the Trauma PI database for regulatory compliance
- Conduct concurrent reviews of cases to identify quality and timelines of care
- Participate in trauma patient care education programs
- Act as a liaison to areas responsible for trauma patients
- Coordinate Trauma Systems & Operations Committee and Peer Review meetings
- ACLS, BCLS, and TNCC certifications required within 90 days of employment
- RN, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior Trauma experience essential, Performance Improvement experience preferred
