Your responsibilities:

In addition to leading and developing your team, you are responsible for the strategic direction of the department.
This includes the development of audit services and related services, as well as acquiring new clients and expanding existing business.
In addition to strategic tasks, you are also actively involved in operations: as a certified auditor, you are responsible for significant audits, and you oversee the clients assigned to you in the context of quality control for such audits.

Your qualifications:

Certified auditor (m/f/d)
Several years of practical experience as an audit manager (m/f/d) for larger and more complex audits with personnel responsibility
Excellent knowledge of commercial, (tax) and corporate law
Strong business sense
Very good knowledge of audit procedures and related consulting
Indepth knowledge of IFRS accounting (and possibly US GAAP) is part of your toolkit; you have acquired this knowledge through both audit engagements and financial statement preparation (HGB
IFRS conversion)
You have successfully worked with private equity clients and are familiar with their practices
You see yourself
