    Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT)| Pacifica, CA

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' participation in classroom activities and routines.
    • Recommend and assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to support students' access to the curriculum.
    • Provide training and education to school staff and parents on strategies to support students' independence and functional skills.
    • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other team meetings as required.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
    • California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
