We are looking for a
social-pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) to support a 4-year-old child in a small kindergarten in Linden, Marin City, CA.

Hours

Weekly working hours:
approximately 20 hours

Your (main) tasks
-
Individual and resource-oriented support and promotion of the child in the kindergarten environment (especially encouragement, reinforcement, retreat options, emotional regulation, support in social interactions). The four-year-old child has a highly sensitive nature and can become overwhelmed and insecure due to intense perception of others' emotions and external stimuli.

Close collaboration with the local pedagogical team
