Description
***Responsible for moving processing documents into appropriate system folders, assigning files when ready for processing, ordering title work and appraisals, and assisting with the documentation of files needed for approval.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Assist in documenting loan files to obtain underwriting approval.
  • Maintain loan files within the consumer HELOC loan processing system.
  • Handle department invoices for vendor services.
  • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • No experience necessary.
  • Prior mortgage experience preferred.
  • Maintain good records and file management skills. Good PC skills
- proficiency in Word and Excel essential, understanding of database software.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with all different departments and business entities.
  • Ability to meet specific deadlines.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
