Back A Yard Caribbean Grill is looking for an experienced baker, with ambition to grow and support our continued successful operation. We have 6 restaurant locations between Palo Alto. Menlo Park and the San Jose area.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, speak and comprehend English fluently.
Focused on keeping bakery operations running in a smooth and efficient manner.
Allergy awareness
Catering experience helps.
Independent worker

- run a streamlined operation that limits waste and satisfies customers. Versed in gluten-free and allergy-safe baking.

Skilled at baking Jamaican Patties/Empanadas, bread, pies, cakes, pastries and meat pies.
Understanding of cost controls and inventory management.
This is a $22$24/hour, fulltime position.
