• Analyze e-commerce data including sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, such as laser breaks (store traffic), conversion rates, sales data, etc.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast sales, demand, and inventory requirements.
• Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis to compare our e-commerce performance against competitors and industry benchmarks.

• Present all findings to management in a clear and actionable format.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST: Bachelor's degree in business statistics, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in retail analytics, preferably in furniture or related industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms. Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex data. must have outstanding communications skills, they must be able to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing; ability to meet tight deadlines.
