Moxie Management has some exciting news: to account for the massive growth our company is experiencing, we are looking to hire a new Entry-Level Manager If you are itching to get your foot in the door but have no clue where to start, you came to the right place.

Our firm has a distinct reputation of developing some of the top Entry-Level Managers in the Worcester area from the ground up.

We provide full training for all of our Entry-Level Managers; since this is an entry-level role, we provide each team member with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the realm of sales and business.

Our goal is to give our Entry-Level Managers the necessary platform to step into a leadership role in the future.

As our clients continue to pursue new markets and grow their customer bases, we need more leaders to tackle these challenges and take our company to new heights


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan and execute innovative sales and marketing campaigns to maximize company revenue and create brand visibility for our clients.
  • Directly interact with customers to ensure a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by our clients as well as any discounts or deals available.
  • Efficiently and confidently upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.
  • Handle confidential customer information efficiently and professionally when creating new accounts and drafting sales contracts.
  • Work directly with Senior Management to train new team members and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Attend daily workshops and team meetings which are designed to strengthen skill sets in the following areas: sales, customer service, and leadership development.
  • Present new ideas to teammates and Senior Management to foster a collaborative work environment and ensure company goals are met.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 02 years of experience in team settings such as sports, clubs, school, or related is ideal.
  • Leadership or management experience is a plus but not required; this is an entrylevel role and we provide full training
  • College degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people including customers, clients, and teammates.
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our office.
  • A desire to grow from the entrylevel and take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year


Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Work setting:

  • Inperson

Ability to Relocate:

  • Boston, MA: Relocate before starting work (required)
