    This position is for an outpatient position at our Miller Street Therapy Clinic.

    To provide physical therapy services to patients including treatment implementation, related documentation, and communication as directed by a Physical Therapist.



    Position Reports To :
    Rehab Services Manager
    Follow treatment plans under the supervision of Therapist.
    # Assist Physical Therapist to develop home treatment programs to maintain or enhance the performance in the patient's own environment.
    # Recommend an updated treatment plan or discontinuation of therapy services to the physical Therapist if patient goals have been met while under the treatment of the PTA.
    # Follow documentation and billing best practices specific to Physical Therapy.
    # Comply with all state practice guidelines, policies and procedures of the department, and of the facility.
    # Demonstrate Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all aspects of job performance at all times.
    Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement of working at Confluence Health. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
    Active WA State Physical Therapy Assistant license.

    O = Occasional, represents 1 to 25% or up to 30 minutes in a 2 hour workday.
    F = Frequent, represents 26 to 50% or up to 1 hour of a 2 hour workday.
    C = Continuous, represents 51% to 100% or up to 2 hours of a 2 hour workday.

    Work is performed in physical therapy department including reception area, treatment rooms, office, gym areas as well as patient rooms and hallways with inpatients
