    Up to $2,500 in sign on bonus & $2,500 after one year

    *A Physical Therapist provides professional services in diagnosing disorders and providing therapy for patients with musculoskeletal or neurological impairments. This includes evaluation of all assigned/scheduled patients, the development of treatment plans, administration and implementation of the treatment program, and appropriate discharge planning.

    Position Reports To:
    Rehab Services Manager

    Provide education to patients, caregivers and other staff members as appropriate to include adaptive equipment and recommended safety precautions.

    # Provide supervision and guidance as needed to Physical Therapy Assistants and rehabilitation aides.
    # Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members including physicians, case managers, nurses, and other therapy staff, including participation in discharge planning in inpatient settings.
    # Demonstrate Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all aspects of job performance at all times.
    Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement of working at Confluence Health. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
    Active or interim WA State Physical Therapist License, required by start date.

    O = Occasional, represents 1 to 25% or up to 30 minutes in a 2 hour workday.
    F = Frequent, represents 26 to 50% or up to 1 hour of a 2 hour workday.
    C = Continuous, represents 51% to 100% or up to 2 hours of a 2 hour workday.

    Work is performed in the Rehabilitation Services department including reception area, treatment rooms, office, gym areas as well as patient rooms and hallways with inpatients
