Our motivated team is constantly working to provide our customers with the best possible service. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated Financial Accountant (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting financial and payroll accounting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Responsible for processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Monitoring and controlling payment transactions
  • Preparation of travel expense reports and monitoring of travel expense guidelines
  • Assisting with personnel administration, particularly with payroll accounting
  • Communication with external contacts such as tax consultants and authorities
  • Maintenance and management of master data in the accounting system DATEV
Profile

  • Education or degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally 25 years
  • Proficient in using common MS Office applications
  • Indepth knowledge of payroll accounting and DATEV
  • Precise and independent work style with a strong affinity for numbers
  • Team player with strong communication skills and reliability
