    Job DescriptionHiring immediately VTV Energy Connecticuts Number 1 choice for residential solar is seeking market expansion and in search of Solar Sales Engineers. We are looking to fill the Solar Sales position ACROSS EVERY US STATE. Kindly submit your application for consideration.

    You will be accountable for the leadership of regional HR personnel to provide strategic direction, guidance, coaching, career development and talent management.

    This person will also partner with site leadership to drive strategic workforce planning, organizational design, change readiness/management, talent and compensation reviews, performance management, succession planning and other strategic HR services.

    Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
    Positive attitude and strong work ethic needed
    Self-Motivated
    Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new skills
    Strong Closing Ability
    Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment


    Responsibilities:
    Present Our Solar Products and services to homeowners
    Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner
    Manage your leads
    Ability to work flexible hours
    All employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time-to-time, as needed
    Benefits

    Uncapped commissions paid bi-weekly
    Monthly bonuses and incentives
    Average earnings of $70,000-$85,000, with top performers and managers earning $100,000 yearly
    Management and growth opportunities available based on performance

    Pay:
    $75, $150,000.00 per year

    Monday to Friday
    Weekend availability
    Commission pay

    Qualifications:

    Compensation:
    Uncapped commissions paid bi-weekly Monthly bonuses and incentives

    Management and growth opportunities available based on performance.
