    Job Description:


    As the Manager of GBCS Reporting (Global Brands and Commercial Services) you will report to the Director, Marketing Finance & GBCS Reporting and will focus on the areas of global financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the reporting of Hilton's corporate functions. The manager will be committed to preparing and analyzing financial reports for budget and forecasting purposes and performing business analyses to help optimize and manage costs. You will present financial results and recommendations to business partners and senior leadership to help achieve business goals.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Accounting and Audit to ensure adequate documentation, approval, and SOX compliance.
    • Manage monthly forecast and annual budget calendars for GBCS Finance, communicating key dates and deliverables to the team.
    • Develop financial models to identify areas of financial risk and opportunity.
    • Work with cross-functional resources to investigate business issues as well as to execute special projects as advised by leadership.
    • Prepare annual budget review materials, working alongside Finance and GBCS leadership to highlight key areas of investment while comparing to previous versions and reconciling to detailed functional budgets.
    • Maintain GBCS cash forecast, communicating risks and opportunities to GBCS Finance leadership, and preparing consolidated reporting for Treasury and FP&A.
    • Prepare materials for monthly GBCS financial business reviews, quarterly board of directors meetings, and budget presentations.

    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to interact at all levels of management and effectively present to senior and executive Leadership
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
