• Job Summary:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
• Create engaging and ageappropriate activities to stimulate the children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress through observation, standardized testing, and other evaluation methods
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for the children

• Current DCDEE Criminal Clearance Letter to work with Children.
• Minimum 12 years of childcare experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field ( preferred)
• Previous experience working with preschoolaged children in a daycare or classroom setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

• Proven experience as an assistant/lead teacher for preschool age kids.
• Familiarity with safety & sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to facilitate play.
• Calm Demeanor, Child & Staff friendly, and very reliable.
• SIDS certification.
• Certification in child CPR & First Aid.
