Rutter Roofing and Exteriors is seeking a SKILLED, EXPERIENCED and PROFESSIONAL Project Manager for our Production department. We are looking for someone with experience running residential and small commercial general exterior remodeling projects. Our services include roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters and decks. Service area will vary, but can be 20-30 miles from Malvern, PA.


Responsibilities include:

• Project Management is PEOPLE management. Keep focused on the needs of the customer and subcrews.
• Control every stage of the replacement, repair or new construction job in a safe manner, on time and on budget.
• Develop project plans to be shared with clients and company staff members.
• Use company project management tools to monitor quality control workflows, checklists and other accountability tools.
• Use available documentation systems to manage change orders, sub contactors and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ordering job materials as needed.
• Prepare for job starts in advance, and complete final inspections thereafter the completion.

Required Qualifications:

• Driver's license & clean driving record
• 3+ years experience as a project manager in the exterior remodeling industry
• High school diploma
• Effective supervisory and communication skills

Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
