Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational readiness for change, identify potential risks and barriers, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Create communication plans and materials to effectively communicate the rationale for change, its impact on stakeholders, and the benefits of adopting new practices.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enhance their change leadership capabilities and facilitate buy-in from employees at all levels of the organization.
- Design and deliver training programs to build awareness, knowledge, and skills required to embrace and adapt to change, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Utilize metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of change management interventions and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption.
- Serve as a champion for change within the organization, advocating for the importance of change management practices and promoting a positive and proactive approach to navigating organizational transitions.
Responsibilities:

Change Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage organizational change.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the need for change and align strategies with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Build relationships and communicate change initiatives to ensure understanding and support.
Communication Planning:
- Develop communication plans to convey the purpose, benefits, and impacts of the change to different audiences.
- Use various communication channels to ensure consistent and transparent messaging.
Training and Development:
- Assess the skill gaps created by the change and develop training programs to address them.
- Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver effective learning solutions.
Resistance Management:
- Identify potential areas of resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate resistance.
- Work closely with teams to address concerns and ensure a smooth transition.
Metrics and Evaluation:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain documentation related to change management processes and activities.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on the progress and impact of change initiatives.
8 Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
9 Requirement Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow platform customization.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable project tasks.
10 ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
- Provide guidance on best practices and recommend solutions based on ServiceNow capabilities.
11 Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including executives, business users, and IT teams.
- Ensure alignment between project goals and overall business objectives.
12 Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that it stays on schedule and within scope.
13 Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues related to project implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.
14 Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess project deliverables against established standards.
15 Training and Documentation:
- Develop training programs for endusers and support teams.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including user guides and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
