Job Position Overview:
- Position Starts ASAP
- Post at guard shack entire shift greeting residents as they enter and exit the community.
- The use of daily computer software is required.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property or equipment damage, presence of unauthorized persons, theft, or unusual occurrences.
- Act as an ambassador to the clients, and management.
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
- Possess and maintain a current guard card
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Drug-Free
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Must have reliable means of communication and reliable means of transportation
- Adhere to professional grooming standards
- Have a clean criminal background
- Team work
- Must possess a professional attitude
- Computer literate is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Schedule:
- Sunday: 11pm 7am
- Monday: 11pm 7am
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 3pm 11pm
- Friday: 3pm 11pm
- Saturday: 3pm 11pm
