What to expect?

  • You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and updating of IT hardware, software, networks, and cloud services
  • You will monitor and troubleshoot IT systems and devices to ensure optimal performance and security
  • You will set up user accounts and manage access rights, backups, and security policies for M365 and other cloud services
  • You will procure IT equipment and services from vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
  • You will maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets, licenses, contracts, and warranties
  • You will research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness
  • You will coordinate with other IT administrators within the company and ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and regulations
  • You will manage and further develop existing cybersecurity measures

What should you bring?

  • You have completed training in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • You have proven experience as an IT administrator or in a similar role in a production or SME environment
  • You have good knowledge of IT hardware, software, networks, and cloud services, especially M365
  • You have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • You have strong communication skills in German (C1 level) and a high level of initiative and
