Description

Under the close supervision of the Lottery Manager (Sales), the Program Technician is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to providing specialized technical services to Lottery winners, players and retailers.

The Program Technician is assigned to a district office and provides information and assistance, either on the telephone, in person or in writing, on rules, regulations, forms, status of claims, etc.

Desirable Qualifications

Knowledge of customer service principles, including the ability to handle challenging customers and retailers while providing service in a professional manner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Clerical work experience that includes knowledge of basic research and data gathering and recordkeeping techniques.
Detailoriented in work deliverables.

Special Requirements

The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
