Description
Under the close supervision of the Lottery Manager (Sales), the Program Technician is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to providing specialized technical services to Lottery winners, players and retailers.
The Program Technician is assigned to a district office and provides information and assistance, either on the telephone, in person or in writing, on rules, regulations, forms, status of claims, etc.

Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of customer service principles, including the ability to handle challenging customers and retailers while providing service in a professional manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clerical work experience that includes knowledge of basic research and data gathering and recordkeeping techniques.
- Detailoriented in work deliverables.

Special Requirements
- The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
