Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and understanding their needs
- Communicate effectively
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interaction
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Skills:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong upselling abilities
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
