Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and understanding their needs
  • Communicate effectively
  • Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interaction
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

Skills:


  • Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Strong upselling abilities

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
