    Toyota is looking for new talent Toyota of Des Moines, located in Grimes, IA, serves customers throughout the Midwest. We are proud to be a leader in our automotive community. We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our rapidly growing Service department. We offer good starting pay and regardless of previous experience, we want to see our technicians grow. We almost exclusively promote from within, and our goal is for you to have the opportunity to become one of our Experienced Technicians in a matter of years.

    Toyota of Des Moines is seeking an Entry Level Technician who will provide our customers with exceptional service. Toyota makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, have effective communication skills, and maintain a professional appearance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oil Changes
    • Tire Rotations
    • Cabin Filter Replacements
    • Wiper Blade Replacements
    • Help customers understand their automotive needs

    Pay: $16 per hour + Bonus Incentive

    Requirements:

    The minimum requirements to be considered for this position are

    • Must work well on a team
    • Can complete tasks correctly and efficiently
    • Must pass a strength and physical ability test
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
    • Understanding of safety policies and practices
    • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
    • Have a valid Iowa Driver's License and clean driving record
    • Will submit to a drug and background screening
