Your tasks

Are you interested in actively shaping the world of savings banks, cooperative banks, regional banks, or insurance companies? Our project work with banks and insurance companies is as diverse as our clients. In addition to many other topics, here are some examples of what you could expect in consulting with us:

  • You will be assigned to a regional bank and support them in strategic and operational accounting, controlling, treasury, as well as implementing regulatory requirements or (quantitative) risk management.
  • You will accompany a savings bank or cooperative bank in making their private and corporate customer business more sustainable by analyzing the current situation and developing a strategic realignment together with the client and your project team.
  • You will help an insurance company face the digital transformation and introduce new customer-centric products while considering legal framework conditions.
