Your contribution:


  • Personal advice and support for our managers and employees in your own area of responsibility
  • Comprehensive experience in the application of labor and collective bargaining law
  • Further development, optimization, and implementation of HR processes and policies
  • General administrative tasks and project work

What you bring:


  • Commercial training or business administration studies with several years of generalist professional experience in human resources
  • Confident appearance and strong communication skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Preferably experience in mediumsized family businesses
