Sunol 'ViaNobis - Integration Assistance
The Ambulatory Supported Living (BeWo) is focused on promoting and maintaining independence. Here, clients live in their own apartments and receive support on an hourly basis.

We offer Ambulatory Supported Living in Aachen and also in Stolberg, Roetgen, Monschau, Simmerath, Alsdorf, Baesweiler, Eschweiler, Herzogenrath, and Würselen.

We are looking for you at one of the mentioned locations, with the appropriate workload for you.
Your responsibilities
Consulting, accompanying, and supporting people with mental illnesses in their own living environment and in their individual social environment
Crisis intervention
Promoting the independence of our clients and jointly developing realistic future perspectives and an individual daily structure
Supporting our clients in participating in work, leisure activities, and living in society
Creating and implementing individual support plans
Your profile
Completed training as a state-recognized educator or occupational therapist (m/f/d)
You are an empathetic and self-confident person with strong organizational skills, good communication and decision-making abilities, and the ability to apply conflict resolution strategies confidently
Maintaining an appropriate distance in relationships is natural for you
You have a valid driver's license and your own car
