Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or to conduct surveys
  • Enter customer data and update records in the company database
  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues
  • Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are a plus
  • Experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customer situations
