IT Services: Application development, maintenance, and testing.
Consulting: Business consulting, IT strategy, and digital transformation.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Outsourcing of business processes to improve efficiency.
Enterprise Solutions: Implementation and support of enterprise-level software solutions. Digital Services: Services related to digital technologies, such as analytics, cloud, and IoT.

Salary Range: $100K-$105K/Annum

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Utilize Informatica TDM product and implement TDM solutions including data discovery of sensitive elements, data de-identification/masking, and sub-setting.
Work with data on Mainframe VSAM, DB2 using Informatica.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of information warehousing and large-scale data management issues and concepts.
Work towards meeting stringent milestones.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment with on-site and offshore resources.
Plan and execute projects efficiently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Utilize strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
Prepare and present oral and written reports, presentations, and recommendations.
Exhibit a strong understanding of data management, data flow, and databases.
Apply healthcare data and/or business knowledge, including an understanding of terminology, concepts, and value chain.
Adapt to working in an agile environment, in cross-functional teams, delivering data in a fast-paced environment.
Form strong business relationships and partner across the enterprise for effective cross-functional project delivery.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, influence, and innovation in projects.
Maintain a sense of urgency in project execution.
Focus on customer satisfaction and maintain a quality mindset.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative and efficient solutions.
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, simplifying complex challenges into actionable recommendations.
