- 5+ years of experience in Agile and Lean practices 3+ years of experience in a SAFe environment

Provide expertise and leadership for agile software development projects and teams. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Mentor and supervise team members. Lead and facilitate ART events, including PI planning, System Demo, and Inspect and Adapt workshops. Coordinate and collaborate with multiple Agile teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure strategic alignment and delivery of user value. Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SAFe practices and processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on improving the flow of work and eliminating waste.
