Inside Sales Representative
Boutique Precious Metal Refiner located in Barrington, IL 60010

We are looking for someone with at least 1-3 years of inside cold calling phone sales experience.

This is not a Customer Service role - we are seeking an individual with a hunter mentality accompanied by a positive attitude who will pursue new customers and close sales.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to close business and build relationships over the telephone
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for using our service
• Provide outstanding service while building solid business relationships

Qualifications:

• Resultsdriven, positive attitude. Ability to build trust and confidence with customers and staff
• Cold call on new business this role is 100% phonebased, you will be expected to make about 125 dials a day to engage with prospective Leads
• Leads are provided in our proprietary CRM system

- prospecting is done for you

• Selfstarter, highly motivated, with mínimal supervision
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently
• Strong communication skills (oral and written), as well as a strong phone presence
• Outbound call center experience preferable
• Special consideration for experience in Medical and/or Dental sales or in the Death-Care industry

Compensation and Perks:

• Compensation is a mix of Salary & Commission
• Starting from $60,000 first year
