    Description

    As the General Manager you have total responsibility of all aspects of the operational procedures, financials, administration, training and development, local store marketing, and creating the culture within the restaurant:

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. Help staff in any area as needed
    2. Hold staff accountable for upholding our standards
    3. Teach staff continuously in all aspects of the business; you are the Leader of your restaurant
    4. Responsible for all aspects of your restaurants
    • Maintains accurate and up-to-date plan of staffing needs and be well versed in 110 Grill systems for staffing
    • Recruits, interviews, and hires for employment based on company needs. Conducts new hire orientation. Oversee employee training.
    • Establishes and sets priorities for staff, manages employees' work performance; disciplines and when necessary terminates employees.
    • Ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience or recover the guest so they feel the experience is exceptional
    • Maintains a positive working relationship with vendors, suppliers and maintenance personnel. Ensure proper ordering, pars, etc. are in place and are used.
    • Ensures all health and safety restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
    • Responsible for ensuring that all financial related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes accountability for daily sales reconciliation (e.g., counting sales [money], preparing daily balance sheet, sending sales receipts to office, other cash reporting as directed, etc)
    • Maintains accurate employee information in software system, creates and prints reports (e.g., end-of-month, inventory, payroll) and ensures weekly re-boot (POS) and bookkeeping systems, as required.

    Performs all other duties as assigned

    Minimum Required

    Be able to stand at least 8-10 hours per day

    Excellent analytical and verbal skills

    Proficient in Microsoft office suite of programs

    Be able to speak, read/write English; Portuguese/Spanish a plus

    Motivated Self-Starter

    Be able to take and give direction well
