Description

• Verify borrower information, employment history, credit reports, and financial statements
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare loan files for underwriting review
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) guidelines
• Communicate with borrowers to request additional documentation or clarify information as needed
• Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other thirdparty vendors to facilitate the closing process

• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and procedures
• Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient in basic math calculations and financial analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Calyx point or other loan processing software systems
