Description

CSR responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process new orders
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Learning our product and processes so that you may answer questions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

CSR requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Experience with working on computers
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to stay calm when dealing with upset customers
  • Ability to work well with others
