Description
CSR responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process new orders
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Learning our product and processes so that you may answer questions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
CSR requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Experience with working on computers
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to stay calm when dealing with upset customers
- Ability to work well with others

From $1.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
