    What You Will Do as a Commercial Supply Planning Analyst:

    The Supply Planning Analyst will have responsibility for analyzing the total supply pipeline (production & materials) for specific brand and category down to style to ensure accuracy and that customer requirements and service levels are achieved.

    Additionally, this role will analyze metrics to drive improvements and create a detailed supply plan.

    How You Will Make a Difference:
    Analyze supply plan to validate demand match with customer service requirements and urgently resolve constraintsAnalyze inventory performance metrics to drive improvements and alignment against brand inventory policiesAnalyze integrity of supply plans to ensure systemic and process driven support of supply strategiesCreate and communicate detailed executable supply plans (production plans, buy plans, materials requirements)Follow up and ensure execution of supply plan (PO, cut maintenance,) to manage service expectationsAdvocate timely customer fulfillment by resolving any product flow constraintsPerform other duties as assigned while supporting the above key responsibilities

    Skills for Success:
    Bachelor's degree in related field of study18 months + experience in planning is a plusStrong knowledge of planningMicrosoft office suiteStrong communication skills (written, verbal)Exceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong collaboration skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective ability to negotiate & resolve conflictsDetail oriented and able to set prioritiesStrive for continuous process improvements and optimal service to customersDedicated, dependable, and flexibleOvertime may be required during peak timesOccasional travel is required
