What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for the technical management of properties/objects in the NRW region and will lead independent projects for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment within your area of responsibility. You will be supported by a team of technicians, whom you will also manage.
  • Your tasks also include ensuring compliance with operator obligations, particularly through monitoring of all technical systems (heating, electricity, ventilation, etc.) and compliance with legal requirements for building operation. You will arrange necessary maintenance, expert inspections, and resulting repairs.
  • You will be responsible for documenting and monitoring the current condition of the managed buildings through regular property inspections, identifying damages, and arranging for proper repairs in coordination with the commercial property management team.
  • You will create and manage the budget for technical building measures (CAPEX) and tenant fit-outs in collaboration with the commercial property management team.
  • You will also be responsible for the operation of all technical systems (heating, electricity, ventilation, etc.) and the deployment and supervision of personnel in the facility management department (internal and external).
