Business Office Trainer
As a Business Office Trainer, you will contribute to the company's mission, vision, and values by providing leadership and a positive environment for the business office team.
Under guidance of the Business Office Manager, you will serve as the technical expert with regard to office functions and training for the team.
What you will do in this role:
- You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the responsibilities associated with each role in the business office
- You will work closely with management to develop a structured training and orientation program by writing curriculum and creating course materials
- You will conduct training and trainthetrainer sessions with employees to ensure material is relevant and implemented effectively
- You will assist in creation of new policies and procedures and/or update existing policies and procedures as necessary
- You are responsible for communicating process updates, schedule adjustments, and other feedback to the business office team
Qualifications you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- One to three years' experience working in a physician's office, clinic or hospital setting strongly preferred. Understanding of patient flow and ambulatory surgery center operations strongly preferred
