  • After successful training, you'll independently and comprehensively handle written customer inquiries according to our process description, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
  • You'll review the activities of our BusinessBike realtime portal users and provide quick and professional support when needed. Our customers and partners rely on you.
  • We also expect you to contribute valuable ideas for improving our service quality you'll analyze our processes and address potential for optimization directly to our process management.
  • You'll ensure a fast and efficient flow of information and maintain close communication with customers, partners, and internal departments.

  • You exude a high level of customer and service orientation and enjoy working in customer service.
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have the ability to analyze and understand crossdepartmental relationships and overall processes.
