In sales, our focus is on collaboration with our trade partners, building relationships with our end customers, and expanding our e-commerce.

For this, we are looking for colleagues who are eager to grow beyond themselves and us with passion and creativity.

Join our team at our location in Oelde (Münster/Bielefeld/Dortmund region) as a Trainee Sales (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date


Your responsibilities:

  • You will gain indepth insights into various specialist and interface areas of sales.
  • After intensive and structured training, you will support our sales team in both internal and external tasks and projects.
  • You will work with all relevant employees, managers, and sparring partners on an equal footing.
  • You will learn about both the entire spectrum of operational daily business and strategic projects and goals.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed business studies or a comparable education.
  • Ideally, first industryrelated practical experience, e.g. through an internship or working student position.
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel).
  • Proactivity, high level of commitment and flexibility.
  • Curiosity, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Passion for working in sales.
