For over 25 years, AEM has managed a three-digit million amount as a multi-family office and invested this capital in the acquisition of medium-sized companies (typically in the range of million euros in revenue). Currently, AEM's investors hold a portfolio of approximately a dozen medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries with significantly above-average profitability.

We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Founder (m/f/d) who is ready to take on the exciting challenge of building a B2C online shop for our gourmet products from the ground up and thus significantly contribute to the growth of our company.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for building our new online shop as well as implementing various marketing strategies to increase the presence and reach of our online shop. With ongoing growth, it is planned to outsource the logistics and finance departments.
