Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time Controller in Chicago, IL.


Job Requirements:

  • Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivables and work closely with the operations team to ensure the revenues and receivables are reconciled at any given time
  • Ensure that general ledger accounts are reconciled to subsidiary records on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in financial statement preparation through account classifications and transactional coding
  • Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying billing information and data
  • Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or processrelated topics for Care Management Billing
  • Produce monthly billing statements, perform daily cash and bank reconciliation and record corresponding journal entries
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP and bookkeeping
  • Experience having responsibility for general ledger accounting and reporting
