Functie

Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een commerciële strategie in lijn met de doelstellingen, visie en missie van het bedrijf. Zowel nationaal als internationaal.
Je onderhoudt relaties met bestaande en potentiële klanten door middel van klantenbezoeken en netwerkevenementen.
Je analyseert de behoeften en wensen van de klant, en biedt logistieke- en transportoplossingen op maat.
Je onderhandelt over prijzen, contracten, leveringsvoorwaarden en service level agreements.
Je brengt verslag uit aan de directie (zowel nationaal als internationaal) omtrent de verkoopactiviteiten, omzet, marges, kansen en bedreigingen.
Opmaken en opvolgen van tender-dossiers.
In samenwerking met de andere afdelingen binnen het bedrijf (marketing, finance, operations, planning en kwaliteit) garandeer je een optimale dienstverlening aan de klant. Collega's kunnen bij jou terecht voor prijsafspraken en updates van projecten bij klanten.
Je monitort en evalueert de verkoopresultaten, klanttevredenheid, marktontwikkelingen en de concurrentiepositie.
Je initieert en implementeert verbeteringen en innovaties op het gebied van logistiek en transport.
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de General Manager Belgium.
Profiel

Minimaal Bachelor werk- en denkniveau in een richting zoals commerciële economie, bedrijfskunde, logistiek of transport.
Je kan terugkijken op een relevante ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur in de logistiek- of transport sector. Kennis en ervaring binnen de Nationale- en Europese Automotive sector is een troef.
Je bent een communicatieve en klantgerichte onderhandelaar. Met jouw commerciële drive, strategische visie en analytisch vermogen ga je geen enkele uitdaging uit de weg.
Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels (in woord en geschrift). Kennis van het Duits is een troef.
Je bent flexibel en bereid om zowel nationaal als internationaal te reizen.
