An Information Security Analyst is needed to support the Dept of State customer base and will work as a member of the Global Talent Management (GTM Help Desk) in Washington, DC.

This role is full-time, standard work week and hours, and hybrid (one week a month onsite).

Basic Qualifications:


  • Analyze and define security requirements.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions.
  • Gather and organize technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs.
  • Assist in the performance of risk analyses, to include risk assessments.

Requirements:


  • Hold and maintain an active Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer information technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of overall IT engineering support experience, to include Help Desk support.
  • ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment to meet deadlines.
