We are currently seeking a:

Purchasing Manager (m/f/d)

for the area of plant and machinery construction

Responsibilities:

  • Cost-, deadline- and quality-oriented procurement of machinery and plant components, as well as raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating supplies, as well as external services
  • Commercial order processing (supplier selection, obtaining quotes, orders, deadline tracking)
  • Examination, coding and posting of incoming invoices
  • Creation of statistics and supplier evaluations
  • Interface between internal departments and suppliers
  • Participation in resolving delivery disruptions and handling complaints

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • Technical understanding
  • Professional experience in purchasing
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Independent work style
