Your responsibilities:
shaping the future of nursing through modern, service-oriented care and living concepts training, development, mentoring, and motivation of your nursing team ensuring high-quality care and efficient care structures and processes creating and monitoring a needs-based work schedule closely supporting and promoting trainees and students Your profile: strong leadership skills and empathetic, motivating communication excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for process optimization customer service orientation and willingness to work the necessary qualifications as a responsible nursing professional according to ยง 71 SGB XI or a completed degree in nursing science initial management experience in residential elderly care Your benefits: intensive onboarding and coaching for several weeks Family & Friends discounts at all Victor's Residenz-Hotels comprehensive training and further education opportunities at our
