Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of patients while providing high-quality medical care.


Duties:

• Assist with hospice patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
• Provide wound care and dressing changes
• Perform venipuncture for blood draws and administer intravenous medications
• Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization and airway management
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and selfcare techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of [State]
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and procedures
• Experience in hospice care, dementia care, primary care, emergency, and airway management is preferred
• Proficiency in venipuncture and catheterization techniques
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual Vietnamese
