Senior Support Engineer for the Service Desk - Lakeville, United States - Oceanic Solutions
Description
What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for providing technical support and solving customer problems at a senior level
- You will handle the analysis and diagnosis of technical challenges and their resolution on a daily basis
- You enjoy communicating and working professionally with our customers to assist them with problem-solving and offer solutions
- You will also be responsible for documenting customer inquiries and solutions to improve the support process
- You will train and support colleagues and customers in our IT solutions
What should you bring?
- You have successfully completed training or a degree in the IT field and have at least three years of professional experience in a similar position
- You have experience in supporting data center operations (e.g. storage, compute, backup)
- You have excellent communication skills and are highly customer and service-oriented
- You are reliable, structured, and have strong problem-solving skills
- You are familiar with ITIL and it is not a foreign language to you
- You have very good German and good English skills
