What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for providing technical support and solving customer problems at a senior level
  • You will handle the analysis and diagnosis of technical challenges and their resolution on a daily basis
  • You enjoy communicating and working professionally with our customers to assist them with problem-solving and offer solutions
  • You will also be responsible for documenting customer inquiries and solutions to improve the support process
  • You will train and support colleagues and customers in our IT solutions

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed training or a degree in the IT field and have at least three years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have experience in supporting data center operations (e.g. storage, compute, backup)
  • You have excellent communication skills and are highly customer and service-oriented
  • You are reliable, structured, and have strong problem-solving skills
  • You are familiar with ITIL and it is not a foreign language to you
  • You have very good German and good English skills
